How big are they?
Our batting cages are all 12 feet high x 16 feet wide. We make them in 40, 60, and 80 foot lengths. Our backstops are also 12 feet high x 18.5 feet wide. Hitting stations are still 16 feet wide like the cages, but 10 feet high and 12 feet deep. Throw stations are 12 x 12 x 12.

Can you make a different size cage?
We can, yes. However, we will always put stability, quality, and performance first, so if we can't make it safely at a certain size that you request, we will let you know up front.
-
How heavy are they?
Units weigh between 120-250 lbs. per section. This variance will depend on size of overall piece, and whether it is a Performance line or Commercial line piece.
-
What is the difference between Performance and Commercial?
Commercial is made with 50% larger tubes, which allows for even more durability, as well as a larger surface area for branding. Both types are built with the same quality materials, and we are happy to help you make the choice that makes the most sense for you and the way you intend to use your cage. Performance cages are lighter since they require less material, so they are a little easier to transport, and priced a bit lower.
-
How much do they cost?
We offer custom pricing for each piece, since no 2 customers want exactly the same thing. We also offer ala cart options such as full customization with sponsors names or team logos and colors, turf, pitching machines, extra drop-down netting, and even top brand baseball and softball equipment from the manufacturers that we often do business with. We do this to simplify your experience. The only variable is shipping, which is quoted on a month-to-month basis. Fill out the "contact us" form for a quote within 48 hrs.
-
Can I leave them up overnight/how durable are they?
Yes, these units will stand alone, without the use of a blower or electricity of any kind for as long as you'd like to keep them up. We have many customers that keep them up year round indoors, or in their backyards during the summer months. Indoors or out, they are built to withstand very extreme temperatures, as well as wind and rain. We provide a tethering system, but because the units are heavy, it is not usually necessary to tether them down. We offer a limited lifetime warranty on the construction of the cage, because we build them to last for many years to come.
-
How long do they take to inflate/deflate?
Each unit comes with it's own high-powered inflator which, on average, takes about 7-15 minutes to totally inflate. Deflation can be done instantly with a quick-release mechanism, and the inflator also has a reverse flow to draw the air back out completely in about the same time or less than it takes to inflate the units.
-
How long will it take once I place my order?
Depending on production, and how much customization is involved, it could take anywhere from 45-120 days. It's always best to plan for 120 so that we can exceed your expectations.
-
Do you offer financing?
At this time, we do not. However, we hope to by 2012. The great news is, you only need to place 50% down in order for us to begin the build on your cage. The remaining 50% is not due until your cage is completed, and it is readied for shipping. We air ship right to your door, so once you are paid in full, you will receive your cage in about a week.
-
Do you have a designer that can help design the layout/look of my cage?
Yes, we have an incredible designer who can make your cage look exactly as you envision it. We match PMS colors so you are sure to keep a cohesive look within your organization. If you have your own artwork in ai or vector file format, you most likely will not need to pay any additional design fees.
-
Can the batting cages be separated into 20 foot sections?
Yes, one of the most unique features of our cages is that as tunnels, they are completely enclosed. When you pull them apart, you can instantly transform your practice into stations for drills, etc, by separating the cages out, and, if you choose, purchasing additional drop-down netting for the open ends, so that you can create one-open end cages, or smaller fully enclosed units. See pictures of the white cages on this site for reference of what that would look like.
-
Do you have someone who can help us set our cage up for the first time?
Yes, for a small fee, we can come to your facility to educate you on how to inflate, deflate, and care for your cage. This investment deserves the proper care, and the excitement is always in the air when we get to unveil a cage for the first time. We love meeting our customers to help them enjoy that experience that much more.
